Our service includes not only the assessment but also a tailored treatment plan, ensuring you receive expert guidance and ongoing support from start to finish.

What to expect

Our ADHD assessment process for children is led by a Specialist Trained Community Paediatrician and includes the following steps:

Initial Developmental Consultation (£495)

The first step in the assessment journey is a thorough Initial Developmental Consultation. This includes a detailed review of your child’s medical history, behavioral patterns, and educational background. This consultation will help us to understand your child’s development and any challenges they may be facing, ensuring we take a holistic approach to their assessment.

Full ADHD Diagnostic Assessment (£1295)

Following the consultation, if ADHD is suspected, your child will undergo a full diagnostic assessment. This includes clinical interviews, standardised ADHD rating scales, and other diagnostic tools. Our expert clinicians ensure that the process is as comfortable and supportive as possible for both the child and the family.

What you will receive

  • Initial Developmental Consultation – A detailed review of your child’s developmental history, current challenges, and family concerns.
  • Full ADHD Diagnostic Assessment – A comprehensive evaluation using clinical interviews, ADHD rating scales, and other diagnostic tools to confirm the diagnosis.
  • Diagnosis (Full Pathway) – A clear and accurate diagnosis of ADHD by a Specialist Trained Community Paediatrician.
  • Personalised Treatment Plan – A tailored treatment plan that may include medication recommendations, behaviour management strategies, and school accommodations.
  • Ongoing Support Services – Access to follow-up consultations and ongoing advice from our specialists to ensure your child receives continuous support.
  • Support for Parents and Guardians – Guidance and resources for parents to help understand ADHD and how to support your child at home and in school.
  • Liaison with Schools and Educational Support – Assistance in communicating with your child’s school to ensure proper educational accommodations are in place.
